Brix check #2


This morning I did a brix check of everything and the results are:

Barbera 1 (with oak chips): 5 brix
Barbera 2 (cold soak): 5 brix
Barbera 3 (small bucket): 2 brix

Syrah/Sangiovese: 0 brix
Syrah/Chenin Blanc (flextank): 0 brix
Syrah/Chenin Blanc (5gallon bucket): -1 brix

Sangiovese (Pod): 1.5 brix

I also did the measurements on the new stuff that we brought in yesterday they both came in at 22 brix.
