2nd attempt with MLF

I've added some MBR 31 to everything in hopes of getting some malic acid conversion going. All the wine is tasting good and the Sangiovese is really exceptional. I've added some oak to the 3 gallon carboy of syrah/chenin blanc to see how it tastes.

  1. Have you tried adding leucofood? The slow ML activity can be due to lack of available trace nutrient.
